Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms are the contract between you and us. They apply when you open an account and each time you order. "We" means Primed Project R Ltd, trading as Primed Proxies. "You" means the account holder.
Key points
- A plan renews every 28 days until you cancel renewal. If you cancel renewal, we do not refund the rest of the period you have paid for (section 10).
- Consumers can cancel a new order within 14 days (section 11).
- Residential data does not expire. If you close your own account, we remove unused data. We refund it only in the cases in 12.7 (section 12).
- We do not promise that the service works with any particular website (section 14).
- We can pause or end an account that breaks our rules, and take proven costs off a refund (section 15).
- Business customers have fewer rights, and our liability to them is limited (section 17).
1. Who we are
- We are Primed Project R Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We trade as Primed Proxies. Section 22 has our full company details.
- You can reach us at hello@primedproxies.com or through our contact form. We give support by email and in our Discord.
2. These terms and our other documents
- Your contract with us is made of these terms and three other documents:
- our Acceptable Use Policy, which says what you may do with the service
- our Refund Policy, which says when and how you get money back
- our Referral Terms, if you use a referral link
- Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we use data. They are notices. They are not part of the contract.
- Some rules differ for consumers and for business customers. You are a consumer if you are an individual and you buy wholly or mainly for personal use. Everyone else is a business customer, and section 17 applies to them.
- If you are a consumer, the law gives you rights that no contract can remove. Nothing in these terms takes them away.
- The contract is in English. You can save or print this page. We do not keep a separate copy of the contract for each order. Keep your confirmation email as your record.
- Ask us if you need an earlier version of these terms.
3. Your account
- You need an account to buy. You must be 18 or over.
- You may hold one account. If you need a second, for example one for a business, ask us first.
- Give us your real name and a working email address, and keep them up to date. We send important notices to that address.
- Keep your password and your proxy login secret. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for use of your account that happens because you did not keep them safe.
- We do not ask for an identity document when you open an account or when you buy. Our Acceptable Use Policy says when we may ask you questions.
- To close your account, email us from the address on your account or use our contact form. Before we close it, we tell you what data and plans are still on it. Sections 10 and 12 say what happens to them.
- If you have a plan, we can close the account now or when the paid period ends. You choose. If you choose now, the proxies stop at once. We refund the days left only where another section of these terms or our Refund Policy says so.
- We do not delete an account for being quiet while it holds data or a plan.
4. How you order and when the contract starts
- You order while you are signed in. These are the steps:
- you choose a product and a quantity
- the "Check and pay" screen shows your order and its price
- you tick a box to ask us to start at once
- you press the pay button and pay on Stripe's page
- You can go back and change your order at any time before you pay on Stripe's page.
- Your order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when Stripe confirms your payment and we add the product to your account. We then email you a confirmation.
- Each order is its own contract. That includes each order of data and each UK ISP plan.
- If we cannot supply an order, we tell you and refund the payment in full.
- If a price was plainly wrong, we tell you. You can then pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.
- You can arrange an order of more than 100 GB by message or in our Discord, at a price we agree with you. These terms apply to that order too.
5. Prices and payment
- Our prices are in pounds sterling. The price of your order is shown on "Check and pay" before you pay.
- Prices include any VAT that applies. You pay the price shown. Your invoice shows the VAT.
- Stripe takes the payment for us. We never see or store your full card number. "Check and pay" shows the ways you can pay.
- If your card is not in pounds, your bank sets the exchange rate and any fee.
- You can use one promotion code on an order. You enter it on Stripe's payment page. Each code has its own conditions, and a code has no cash value.
- We may change our prices for new orders at any time. A price change never affects data that you have already paid for. Section 10 covers price changes for plans.
6. Residential data
- Residential data gives you access to our residential proxy network. You pay for the traffic you send through it, measured in gigabytes.
- You buy it with a single payment. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.
- One website order holds from 1 to 100 GB. The price for each gigabyte depends on the size of the order. The whole order takes one rate.
- We add the data to your account as soon as Stripe confirms your payment.
- The data does not expire. Section 12 explains what that means.
- We do not count failed requests against your balance. A failed request is one that our gateway could not complete, so no data reached you.
- The network supports HTTP and SOCKS5. You can use rotating sessions or sticky sessions. A sticky session can keep one address for up to 60 minutes.
- A single address can go offline at any time.
- Your dashboard shows your balance and your use by day. If you think a figure is wrong, tell us and we will check it.
7. The trial
- The trial is 200 MB of residential data. It carries a small charge, shown before you pay.
- There is one trial for each account.
- In every other way, trial data is residential data and section 6 applies. Like paid data, it does not expire.
8. UK ISP plans
- A UK ISP plan gives you static IP addresses in London. They are announced under British Telecom's network number (ASN).
- The addresses are for you alone. We never share them with another customer during your plan.
- Use is unmetered, and we set no limit on concurrent sessions. The proxies support HTTP and HTTPS.
- A plan holds from 10 to 500 proxies, in steps of 10. The price is for each proxy for each 28 days.
- Each order is its own plan. A plan starts on the day you pay and runs on its own 28-day cycle.
- You can hold several plans. You cannot change the number of proxies inside a plan, and we do not charge part periods. To add proxies, buy another plan.
- You keep the same addresses on every renewal. If we cannot keep an address working, we replace it. If we cannot replace it, we refund the unused days for that address.
- Stock is limited. When we have none, the site shows "Out of stock" and you cannot order.
- When a plan ends, its addresses go back to our stock.
9. A whole UK ISP subnet
- A subnet order gives you one full /24 range of UK ISP addresses, for you alone: 254 usable addresses.
- One order holds one subnet. To get more, place more orders.
- A subnet is a plan. It has its own 28-day cycle and renews until you cancel. Sections 8 and 10 apply to it, apart from 8.4.
10. Renewal and cancelling a plan
- A plan renews every 28 days until you cancel. That is about 13 payments in a year.
- At each renewal we charge your saved payment method the price for the next 28 days. We take the payment on the renewal date. Your dashboard shows the date, the time and the amount of the next payment.
- There is no minimum term and no notice period. You can cancel renewal at any time before the next renewal.
- To cancel, press "Cancel renewal" on the plan in your dashboard. You can also email us or use our contact form. We confirm by email.
- After you cancel, the proxies work until the end of the period you have paid for. The plan then ends and you are not charged again.
- You can turn renewal back on until that date.
- We do not refund the rest of a period when you cancel renewal. Our Refund Policy lists the cases where we do refund.
- If we take a payment after you cancelled renewal, we refund it in full.
- If we change the price of a plan, we email you at least 30 days before. The new price applies from the first renewal after those 30 days. You can cancel renewal before then.
- If a renewal payment fails, we tell you by email. We try the payment again twice, once a day. Your proxies keep working while we try. If the second retry also fails, the plan ends and we deactivate its proxies. If you cancel renewal while we try, we stop trying, the plan ends at once and we deactivate its proxies. You are not charged for the new period.
- We email you a receipt for each payment.
11. Your 14-day right to cancel
- If you are a consumer, you can cancel a new order within 14 days, for any reason.
- We start the service at once because you ask us to on "Check and pay". If you then cancel within 14 days, you pay for what you have used and we refund the rest.
- For residential data and the trial, the right ends early if you use all the data in the order within the 14 days.
- The right covers the first period of each new plan. It does not start again on a renewal.
- Our Refund Policy explains how to cancel and how we work out the refund.
12. Data that does not expire
- Residential data that you buy does not expire. We set no time limit for using it.
- It stays on your account for as long as the account is open. An open account costs nothing.
- This is a promise about time. It is not a promise that the network will never change. Section 18 says what we may change, and what you can do then.
- If you close your account. You never need to close your account to keep your data. If you ask us to close it, we first tell you how much data is left. If you go ahead, we remove the data. We refund it only in the cases in 12.7.
- If we end your account because you broke these terms. We refund your unused paid data at the price you paid. We may take off a cost that your breach caused us. Section 15 and our Acceptable Use Policy have the detail.
- If we stop the residential service, or lose our network supplier. We give you at least 30 days' notice if we can, so that you can use your data. We then refund any paid data that is still unused, at the price you paid. If the service stops without warning, we refund your unused paid data.
- When you close your account and still get a refund. We refund your unused paid data, at the price you paid, if you close your account:
- within your 14-day right to cancel, for the order that the right covers
- because we asked you questions under our Acceptable Use Policy and you chose not to answer
- because of a change that 18.3 or 18.6 lets you refuse
- because we seriously broke this contract
- How we work out the amount. We count your oldest data as used first, from the dates of your orders and the data you have used. We multiply each unused gigabyte by the price that you paid for it.
- Data that you did not pay for, such as a referral reward, has no cash value.
13. Acceptable use
- You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It is part of this contract.
- You must not resell or share your access unless we agree in writing first.
14. Availability
- We aim to keep the network available 99.95% of the time. That figure is a target. It is not a promise, and it does not measure how many of your requests succeed.
- We sometimes need to pause part of the service for maintenance or security. We keep these breaks short.
- We do not control other websites. A website can slow, challenge or block traffic from any proxy. We make no promise that the service will work with a particular website.
- The residential addresses and locations on offer change from day to day. We do not promise that a particular address, location or pool will always be there.
- UK ISP stock can run out, as 8.8 explains.
- If the service is not as we described it, or we did not take reasonable care, you have rights. Our Refund Policy explains them.
15. Pausing and ending your account
- You can stop at any time. Cancel renewal on any plan, or close your account under 3.6.
- We may pause all or part of your account:
- while we look into suspected misuse, as our Acceptable Use Policy explains
- if a payment is reversed or disputed. We then pause only what that payment bought
- if the law requires it, or to protect you or the network from a security risk
- We may end your account if you break these terms seriously or repeatedly. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out the steps we follow and how to ask for a review.
- We may also end a product or your account for another good reason, such as closing a product. We then give you at least 30 days' notice.
- We tell you by email what we did and why, unless the law stops us.
- Your money. If we pause your account and find no breach, we restore it. We refund the days on which you could not use a UK ISP plan.
- If we end your account, we refund what you paid for and did not use. That is your unused paid residential data, at the price you paid, and the unused days of any UK ISP period.
- We may take off a cost that your breach caused us, if we can show it. We may hold a refund if the law requires it.
- When an account ends, your proxy logins stop working and any UK ISP addresses go back to our stock.
16. Our responsibility to you
This section applies to consumers. Section 17 applies to business customers.
- We supply the service with reasonable care and skill, and as we describe it.
- If we break this contract, or do not take reasonable care, we are responsible for the loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. A loss is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you ordered.
- We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss that you could have avoided by taking reasonable steps.
- We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control. If such an event stops a service you paid for, section 12 and our Refund Policy say what you get back.
- We are not responsible for what another website does, such as blocking traffic, cancelling an order or closing your account with it. This does not apply where our own lack of care caused it.
- We supply consumers for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, such as lost profit or lost business.
- We do not limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We do not limit anything else that the law does not let us limit.
17. If you are a business customer
- You are a business customer if you buy for a trade, business, craft or profession. A company or other organisation is always a business customer.
- We treat you as a business customer if you give us a company name or a VAT number. The same applies if you tell us that you buy for a business. If you are an individual and we are not sure, we treat you as a consumer.
- Section 11, section 16 and the consumer rights in our Refund Policy do not apply to you. Sections 12 and 15 do apply to you.
- We supply the service with reasonable care and skill. We give no other promise about it. We exclude all other terms that the law would imply, as far as the law allows.
- We are not liable to you for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or goodwill, or for any indirect loss.
- Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12 months is limited. The limit is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the first claim arose, or £100 if that is more. It does not reduce a refund that section 12, 15 or 18 gives you.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. The same goes for any liability that the law does not let us limit.
- You are responsible for everyone who uses your account. If someone claims against us because you or they broke these terms, you must cover our reasonable losses and costs.
- A written agreement signed by both of us overrides these terms where the two differ.
18. Changes to the service, prices and these terms
- We may change the service for these reasons:
- to meet the law, or an order from a court or regulator
- to protect security or to stop misuse
- because a network supplier changes or ends what it supplies to us
- to improve the service or add to it
- If a change makes a product you have paid for materially worse, we email you at least 30 days before. If the change is urgent, we give as much notice as we can.
- You can then end that product. We refund your unused paid data at the price you paid, and the unused days of any plan.
- We may change our prices as 5.6 and 10.9 explain.
- We may change these terms for the reasons in 18.1, to make them clearer, or to cover a new product. We post the new version with a new date.
- If a change to these terms affects your rights in an important way, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not accept it, you can close your account before that date, and 18.3 applies.
19. Complaints and how to reach us
- If something is wrong, email hello@primedproxies.com or use our contact form. Tell us your account email address and what happened.
- We answer as quickly as we can, and we do our best to put things right. Our Complaints page sets out the steps.
- If you disagree with a decision to pause or end your account, you can ask for a review. Our Acceptable Use Policy explains how.
- If we cannot settle a complaint, you can take it to court. Section 20 says which courts.
- You also keep your right to ask your card issuer or bank about a payment. Our Refund Policy explains how we handle card disputes.
20. Law and courts
- The law of England and Wales governs these terms.
- If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of the place where you live. We mean the laws that a contract cannot remove.
- If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. You can instead use the courts of the place where you live. In the UK, that means England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, whichever you live in.
- If we bring a claim against a consumer, we do so in the courts of the place where the consumer lives.
- If you are a business customer, only the courts of England and Wales may decide a dispute.
21. Other points
- We may transfer this contract to another company, for example if we sell the business. We tell you first. A transfer will not reduce your rights. If you do not want to continue, you can close your account and 18.3 applies.
- You may not transfer your account to someone else unless we agree in writing.
