Refund Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy says when you can cancel and what you get back. It is part of our Terms. "We" means Primed Project R Ltd, trading as Primed Proxies.
1. The short version
- If you are a consumer, you can cancel any new order within 14 days. You pay for what you used and we refund the rest.
- After 14 days we do not refund an order because you changed your mind. Residential data does not expire, so you can still use it.
2. Your 14-day right to cancel
- This right is for consumers. Section 12 covers business customers.
- You can cancel a new order for any reason.
- The 14 days start on the day after you order. For a plan, they start on the day after the plan starts.
- The right covers each new order of data, the trial, and the first period of each new plan. It does not start again when a plan renews.
- We start the service as soon as you pay, because you ask us to on "Check and pay". So you pay for what you use before you cancel.
- The right applies wherever you live. If the law where you live gives you more, you keep that too.
3. What you pay and what you get back
- Residential data. You pay for the data you used. We refund the share of the price that matches the data you did not use. Example: you bought 10 GB and used 3 GB. We refund 70% of what you paid.
- We work out the share from the price you paid for that order. We do not charge the used data at a different rate.
- If your account held older data, we count the older data as used first, from the dates of your orders and the data you have used.
- If you use all the data in an order within the 14 days, the service is complete. The right to cancel that order then ends.
- When you cancel a data order, we remove its unused data from your account.
- The trial. The same rules apply. The refund is the share of the charge that matches the data you did not use.
- UK ISP plans and subnets. You pay for the time you had the proxies. We count the full days from the start of the plan to the moment you tell us. We refund the rest of the 28 days. Example: you cancel 5 days and 3 hours after the plan started. You pay for 5 days, and we refund 23 of the 28 days.
- When you cancel a plan under this right, the proxies stop at once. If you would rather keep them to the end of the period, use "Cancel renewal" instead.
4. How to cancel
- Tell us clearly that you want to cancel, and which order or plan. You can:
- email hello@primedproxies.com
- use our contact form
- You are in time if you send your message before the 14 days end.
- We confirm by email that we have your message.
- You can use the form below, but you do not have to.
- "Cancel renewal" in your dashboard only stops the next payment of a plan. It does not give a refund. Section 8 explains it.

5. When and how we refund
- We refund within 14 days after the day you tell us.
- We pay the refund to the payment method you used. We do not charge a fee for it.
- Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
- If your order used a referral link, the reward that the other person got may be removed. Our Referral Terms explain this.
6. After the 14 days
- After 14 days we do not refund an order because you changed your mind or did not use it.
- We still refund in these cases:
- something is wrong with the service (section 7)
- we took a renewal payment after you cancelled renewal (section 8)
- we end your account, or we stop or change the service. Sections 12, 15 and 18 of our Terms and section 7 of our Acceptable Use Policy say what we refund
7. If something is wrong with the service
- The law says we must supply the service with reasonable care and skill, and as we described it. These rights last beyond the 14 days.
- If we did not, tell us. We put it right at our cost and within a reasonable time.
- If we cannot put it right, you can have a price reduction. It can be up to the full price, depending on how much of the service you did not get.
- Examples. If your UK ISP addresses stop working because of our fault, we refund the days lost. If we cannot fix a fault in the residential service, we refund your unused data at the price you paid.
- We pay a refund under this section within 14 days of agreeing it. We pay it to the payment method you used, with no fee.
- A website that blocks a proxy is not, on its own, a fault in our service. Section 14 of our Terms explains what we promise.
8. Renewals
- A plan renews every 28 days until you cancel renewal. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal. Your dashboard shows its date and time.
- We do not refund a renewal payment because you changed your mind after the new period has started. Section 6 lists the cases where we still refund.
- If we take a payment after you cancelled renewal, we refund it in full.
9. The trial
- Section 3 says what we refund for the trial.
- There is one trial for each account. A refund does not give you a second trial.
10. Orders placed through our Discord
- An order placed through our Discord has the same rights as an order on the website. Our Terms and this policy apply to it.
- We work out any refund from the price you paid.
11. Card disputes
- If a payment looks wrong, please tell us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank can.
- You keep your right to ask your card issuer or bank to look at a payment. Nothing in our terms takes that away.
- If you did not make a payment at all, tell your bank and tell us at once.
- While a dispute is open, we may pause the data or plan that the payment bought. We send the bank our records of the order.
- If the bank returns the payment to you, we remove the data or end the plan that it paid for.
- We do not charge you for a dispute made in good faith.
- A claim that you know to be false is fraud under our Acceptable Use Policy. We may then end your account and take the bank's dispute fee off any refund we owe you.
12. Business customers
- If you buy for a business, the 14-day right and section 7 do not apply to you.
- We still refund a business customer where our Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy say so. That covers the cases where we end your account, or stop or change the service.
- If the service fails because of our fault, tell us. We put it right or refund what you could not use.
- Sections 5, 8, 10 and 11 apply to you as well.
