Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site.

1. What we have done

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, levels A and AA. We test our pages with an automated tool, axe-core. The last test found no failures.

2. What we have not done yet

An automated test finds only some problems. We have not yet tested the site with a screen reader.

We do not control other companies' pages: Stripe's payment and billing pages, our help documents, Discord and Trustpilot.

3. If you have a problem

Email hello@primedproxies.com or use our contact form. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days.

If you cannot use a page, we will help another way. We can send a payment link, cancel a renewal for you or send information by email, at no extra cost.
